how to remove google account on colors x11 - GSM-Forum

can anybody tell me the procedure of removing google account in colors x11 (spd 6820) . is there any option of hard reset. i tried both volume down and up but it won't boot to recovery mode nor fastboot mode.

also usb debug is disabled. also if you have factory flash file for that mobile, then it will be helpful.

Colors x11 successfully format google account by GPG Dragon I tried volcano also but not success just runing scanning 40 minute. You just search google colors x11 format google account by GPG Dragon I already post result
