| Check the vol+ and vol- button. maybe vol- is permanently pushed. Otherwise switch to fastboot and type in cmd adb shell "fastboot getvar cid" and according to cid you have to flash right region flashfile. |

| i install sdk but fast boot not open on my system when i try to open fastboot.exe only for 1 second show dos mode on system and nothing to do my windows xp sp3 and also i need drivers for htc...... |
