i897 hrad reset - GSM-Forum

i897 hardreset on this way

1. power on the phone completely
2. put usb lead into phone and pc
3. hold vol+ and vol- and power button
4. when phone is goes off then leave power button and hold again
now u see recovery mode on the screen
its working 100% tested by me
