i ball andi3n hard reset ok tested
Press and hold volume up and power button together for a 5 seconds, u will select clean flash and pres power key

(Press and hold volume up and power button together for a 5 seconds, this option is not working sorry)

Press and hold volume Down and power button than select clean flash than press power key tested ok
