Member: 171893 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 17 | I cofirm the procedure working, but its Camera Button (not volume down). Power off phone, Press Camera Button, Connect USB Cable... Phone will be detected in Fastboot Mode. Type the command. |

Member: 2056993 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | This model can only be reset by using adb and fastboot tools. Switch off the phone and press the camera+power button to enter the fastboot mode. Its a dark screen. It will be like the phone is still off. Connect the phone to the pc and wait for it to install all drivers. Open cmd and type "fastboot -w". This will wipe all data on it and your phone will be back to normal. It's tested by me and 1000% working |
