still 17 days gone no one still reply to my post

now i got another same compnay mobile need this one tooo hard reset

brother first insert charger in off phone then you show charging icone on display then press both Volume up and Volume down button at same time and then power button press you will see recovery mode and reset all data

power off your phone then plug the charger to ur phone when the battery logo is appear then press volum up button and power on ur phone for some seconds then android recovery will appear press home button there u see for options first u factory reset ur phone from third option then u see an option select udate.zip file from sdcard u select this option and press menu button then loadind is start for new rom thats all.Say thnks to me All of The IVIO DE38 users to upload this file.....do remember me not say to thanks
