Just follow this tutorial:

1. Download the files from the links below
Then unzip it. You'll get a folder with FlashTool, Phone drivers and unlock images.
2.Install drivers for Mediatek platform.
3.Flash first the temp-unlock-secro.img via Flashtool.
4.Flash second step secro.img, lk.bin, preloader_meizu6753_65c_l1.bin via Flashtool.
5.You can now flash things in whatever way you like. Load scatter from Meilan Note 2 flashfile and flash the phone fully using Format+ Download
6. After flash your phone imei blank but you can repair it ( I did using some C2MTK tools) but you can do it on your own....
