need hard reset code.

Quote:

Turn the Mobicel 6515 off
Press and hold the Volume down butto and the Power button until you see the Mobicel log
Wait until you see the triangle with an exclamation mark inside
Tap the Home button (the Recovery Menu should now display)
Use the Volume down button to scoll and highlight "Wipe data/ factory reset"
Press Power button to select/confirm
Scroll to 'yes' using the Volume down button and confirm with the Power button
Wait until you see "wiping complete" at the bottom of the screen
Press the Power button to confirm or select 'reboot now'

tried the above method. after seeing the triangle i do tap home button but nothing comes up.

Please kindly note that there is Mobicel Metro 6515 (which has a home press button) and the Mobicel METRO with a touch home button and is smaller than the 6515. The hard reset for these two differs.

So sir the touch one how to reset that mobicel touch, facing same problem which is above mentioned, after exclamation mark how to enter recovery mode ?

Instead of home press the option button.

Short pressing the Volume Up key will display the Android System Recovery menu too on certain Mobicel METRO devices.

The steps here : How to hard reset the Mobicel METRO? - SA tech Q&A works Ohk if you had not tried them. Only note that there is another new METRO running 4.4 which uses a different reset steps.
