My tablet PC is rebooting after connected to WiFi - GSM-Forum

Hello, sorry if I wrong selected part of forum.

Device name:
Allfine Fine10 Joy

Firmware:
Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean

Description problem:
After night, I switched on my tablet pc and gone to setting to switch on WiFi and connect to my home WiFi network.
I done it ... and gone to The Internet ... after few seconds (when I connected to my home network) my tablet - was rebooting.
I didn't understand what was happening ...
My tablet pc was rebooting very fast - 5-10 seconds ...
My tablet pc connected to home network again and reboot after few seconds ...
I'm in shock ...
I verified many network beginning from public networks and ending private networks of my friends - result is the same.

What I did:
1. If is problem - I use factory reset in my tablet pc - didn't help, result was the same.
2. I reflash my tablet pc using the original firmware from official web site - didn't help, result was the same.
3. I downloaded new original firmware and reflash one, but - didn't help, result was the same.
Now I have the question: What I need to do with my tablet pc ?

Additional information:
This log I did by using CatLog app (log in attachment).
