Android phones with easy changeable IMEI

Hello guys,
I want to know which android phones have easy changeable IMEI.
"Easy changeable" means for me that the IMEI can be changed only using the (rooted) phone.
For example I found this terminal command for android phones:
Code:
echo 'AT+EGMR=1,7,"IMEI_NUMBER"' >/dev/pttycmd1
On which phones does it work?

Thanks for your reply
