All the files needed are on the Doogee web site - page titled "DOOGEE DG550 Official Android 4.4.2 Firmware" (sorry this forum does not let me enter url for some reason).
There are two downloads, "Flash tools" (this contains drivers and the flashing tool - the exe you run on your PC to do the flashing) and "Doogee Dagger 550" (which contains the ROM including the scatter file - you need to unzip it first).

Your Symphy W67 is a MediaTek powered device and thus should work with the SP Flash Tool. Only note that you may have to contact your device maker concerning the available of a copy of its stock ROm you can get access to.
