problem solved br inat thnks alot

here is procedure

power off the phone, press power and google switch. until you will see triangle on the screen.

press power or search botton you can see reset menu use volume
up or down button, sellect wipe factory reset with search button
choes yes reset all user data all will be done.

It did not help me, my phone im-a630k (B)
how to reset?
