now fill this xxxx with your desire model number and sw version like this

now pate it in your internet browser and hit Enter the firmware will start downloading .

This is Stock firmware which came along with your new phone no English fix and flashing tutorial links are also posted in comments. I advise you if you are not professional don't try to install custom rom (english fix) yourself show it to some professional to install custom rom because you may end up with brick device.
