Update tool fix PDL_Os (01/08/2015)

From 07/30/2015 , old code will be expired ==> cannot run PDL_OS to flash old model
Download my tool, you can use old code with PDL_OS
* Unzip tool , copy PDL Modify V1.exe to PDL dll folder
* RUn PDL Modify V1.exe, Click on Lum Lua . That's all

+ Download tool fix : Tool fix PDL_OS

It;s mean : All done ! You can turn off fix soft and use PDL_OS
