Uncallibrated GSM 850 band on and Spreadtrum 6520 phone - GSM-Forum

Dear All
I have just received my new phone from china (a new C909 based on the spreadtrum 6520 processor). In Argentina we are using GSM band 850.
The phone although working can not detect any carrier and the problem is not the SIM card (tested with several different working ones)

When going into the test mode (by rebooting with power on and vol+) I see that that on the RF part the GSM 850 AGC and APC are uncalibrated. Would that be the reason behind the phone not working? Can I callibrate it here?
I have downloaded the DEBUG tool (with the channel server and the Research Download) however I cannot find a way to calibrate the phone.

Can anyone help me?

i have same problem, i wrongly did erase flash with research download tool, i lost all calibrated data on my GT-I9300, i have already upload the rom unfortunately not calibrated. is there any one help me too?
