Hello dawood1208, in your software you shows for remove Pattern lock, remove User lock, Remove Acc need to phone Root. But when a phone is
Pattern lock - How to enable USB debug?? and without USB debug how to root phone??

This tool is very old, but with Old version i remember that was working, with new fw version...uhmmmmmm no work..

@maxpro12, this is old tool and FREE, so we cannot ask feture that small Box support.

I had this issue with one I9300 bricked w/o display, so more difficil, have root with CWM but cannot confirm from phone display.

Usb Debug cannot abilite w/o display, but have solved all with Volcano.

@Remove account, (if you say what model), there are many FREE tips, after remove this with display you can do all other operaction.

NOTE: this Free tool work only with Old Fw 4.0.4/4.1.2.

What I would say is more a Suggestion That One question is:
I repair phones in Venezuela and would be helpful to remove the patron Power Lock without activating the debug mode since many clients forget the patron safety and want to use your phone or tablet without losing the information but almost none of them has enabled the , debugging mode.
