I have succesfully rooted a Galaxy S4 I337 with firmware MF3 easily and in few seconds. The author of the post have explained very simple and well how to use it. If you don't like Superuser in chinese then go and find another root method or install another Superuser apk, stop complaining about simple things when those things come FREE. Luck!
