wintouch q75 hang in android logo-help
 

i have a wintouch q75 hang in android logo-tried hard reset-it have vol - and + and power button only.i tried keep pressing vol - and + and power on-came android logo with exclamatory mark-no more step to further.tried all ways.failed

saw wintouch download section.

but file can not download.then searching found universal firmware in below link
