hie can anyone help go motorola v9 freezes on logo when there's a simcard without sim phone is ok. i flashed the phone still same. i was told to type c073887 then enter security 0000000 i tried. phone no network. which means each time i have to type c073887

where can i get flash file for v9 which is not vodafone???? thanx in advance
