| u9 restart problem hi. i have problem with this phone ,i unlock with smart clip and now restart. the boot after unlock was 6.23 before unlock is 6.29 the firmware version is r6632_g-81.11.49r_81.11.49r how can i repair this phone?can anyone help me please?!!!!!!!!!sorry my english  |

| @ raffer, Unlock procedure doesn't affect handset functions. Did you check this phone before performing unlock procedure? Was it fully working? Try to power on the phone in flash mode (*# PWR ON) and after that Full Flash it with higher firmware version. Also, please post here log file from the unlock procedure, don't forget to hide your serial numbers. Best Regards GSMServer team |

| u9 hi mister thanks to reply.the phone was good before unlock but i resolve the problem the phone is ok now i flash phone and the phone is good. thanks for help. sorry my english  |

| @ goondy, Please provide us with more detailed information. What problem the set initially had? What procedures did you perform? What firmware version it originally had and what flash files did you use for the flashing purposes? Also, please show us some log files, it would spread some light at your problem. | hi so here is some data • Phone model U9 • IMEI 352488020065018 • Technology Quad-Band GSM • User code • Security code • Firmware R6632_G_81.11.29R_81.11.29R • Flex version GSJPICORTGR052 - 1.0.EU.0.0.0.2.1.1.1.2.1.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0 • Language pack 0031: Bulgarian,English (UK),German,Greek,Italian,Romanian,Russian • Bootloader 6.29 by the way i did successful unlock but here is what happened 1 the phone data was as is shown and the set was FINE after unlock (step by step in user manual in SMART MOTO) the set restarts and NO DATA on it 2 i flashed it wiht higher ver by SCOUT and the set get OK with data on it 3 then i did unlock procedure again with the same result 4 finaly with the set flashed ok and fine i did unlock it a connect SCOUT to PC b connect SMAPT MOTO + S-CART c connect the set in NORMAL MODE pres SERCH and it was detected and then do unlock when all is ok the set restarts and was detected by SMART MOTO so i think that some kind of driver problem i had thanks the *** all is ok |
