Emporia V29 not unlocked,credits lost

Today tried to unlock V29 with calculator,paid 10 credits,phones says
Unexpected data value,tried same with cable

all cable operations are totaly free...

the only think what needs credits is the nck calculation for emporia.

.) akku is atleast 50% charged?
.) what interface you are using? jau box or another box?
.) can you try another computer?
.) phone is okay?
.) what is written on the imei label of the phone?
the last line of imei label is importent.

if there is J#21 or higher, then you can simply calc nck code for unlocking.
if its J#6 or J#12 or lower, then nck calc dont works with that model and you need cable unlock.

you did not understand me,first I tried to unlock with remote service option,I paid 10 credits,got a code from server,but when I enter code phone says unexpected data value and only then I did it with cable,but also unsuccesfull

what is written on imei label?
i expect it is some older v29 like j#6 to j#12 or lower, otherwise nck
calculation had worked.

i plan some extra instructions window, where users can read exact
what phone is supported by code and what per cable and so on.

anyway, what win version you are using?

may you try on another computer?
phone is working?
phone is locked to what provider?

on all my windows xp mashines jau works with all phones,
so i need some more info to find right help for yours.

you have also possibility to download unlocked flashfiles
from support, and just flash it to your phone and it is also unlocked.
but keep attention, all data will be lost, take the right version
for you phone (i expect old flashchip), and check what langauge
it have, cause they are all fullflashes.
on old flashchip v29 you can update till to newest flashfiles with
old flashchip, new flashchip flashfiles will not work with that phones.
but if you flash by mistake wrong flashfile, just reflash with the
right one and phone is back working..
