KP502 unlock - please help me - GSM-Forum

I try to unlock a LG KP502.
I have communication problem.
I try with LG USB cable but not work.
I have 2 port a com and modem.
I try to choice modem (phone on - if the phone is off then I can't choice port)
Program say - "Press and HOLD Power Button NOW"
When a Press the power button the phone is turn on and program say
"WriteFile function failed (win error code:31)"
If I choice the com port then program say:
"Set Baudrate to: 115.200
Connecting...
Unable the open com port (win error code:2)"

If I choice UFS interface with kg800 cable (UFS2 SarasSooft) then program say
"Press and HOLD Power Button NOW..."
If the pnone on then phone is turn off
If the phone off and I press the power button then nothing happen
(My twister green led is blinking and the blue led flash once when I press ON)
Then program say:
"[TIMEOUT] - No ACK from Phone!"

If I choice JAF interface then program say:
"Device Description : JAF FLASHER INTERFACE"
and nothing happen.

How to unlock this phone? Please help me.

you need KE500 cable not Kg800

u can try with orignal usb cabel without bettery . .............chose right come all is well
...

Thx I tryed but not work. When the phone is on I choice the com port but the phone off the jau write error message.

that model not can make with USB you need rj45

You should respect the schedule of the forum, to my knowledge, does not free JAU ...

is your cable for ufs or for universal pinout (vygis, furiouse, infinity....) ?
try another box, maybe you have wrong cable for your box...

I have UFS (Twister) box. Yes I bought a cable for UFS. I checked the good pinout (the cable is good) but not worked

I have unlocked with free program my kp502 already but I'd like to known how to unlock with JAU.

i have unlocked 2 KP500 today... (same like KP502).
so it must be a problem of computer or box / cable or my implementation for ufs and ke500 cable...

but maybe there is a problem, because i have no ke500 cable for ufs and never tested this with ufs interface.
i try to get one to test it by my self.

can you try if it works with another box like infinity, vygis, setool or any other ftdi based box?

Did you run comport emulator?
