am i right that to start to unlock a nokia phone i need to click on "Connect Box"? If so then the software is not connecting. I can connect the phone to the PC as I am able to read the mem card and it is also seen by the Nokia Suite.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi

Thank you for the link, but I see no help in getting a phone to connect.

I have a log in account for the software and can log on to the server with no issues.

V3.0.9

The phone does connect OK to the computer as it works on nokia suite

Meaning of this is " Searching for FTDI devices ...

No FTDI device found , Please connect the device & try again " your device is not install properly or already use with other tool

If not use >>>>

Check Device manager of your PC >>

Hi

I am trying to connect a Nokia Phone using a USB lead. The phone does connect OK to the computer as I can see the phone in the Nokia Suite.

Do we need to confgiure something in J.A.U ?

Can you unlock a nokia phone direct from your computer with J.A.U Software?
OR
Do I need to get another device that would sit between the computer with the J.A.U software and the mobile phone ?
