2730c i just need to know something!!!

hi ATF team i just need to know something please answer if you don't mind

Phone Problem: when power on nokia showing then off

Action's taken: Read RPL complete but when i tried to read pm atf logs say's can't read PM, i tried so many time's but same error, so i flashed phone with same version and phone's ok then i read pm and it reads

Questions:
1.is that normal that it can't read pm when phone have Software problem.?

2.can i backup RPL,PM, in dead phone in ATF.?

3.is there a change to read PM file, in my case.?

Phone must b in test mode..then u can read pm...in your case phone didnt goes to test mode..so u cant read pm...and after flash phone going to test mode thats y u can read pm

but i read RPL with no problem is ATF can read RPL,PM in dead phone.?

Read RPL is possible in DEAD phones
Read PM can be done ONLY if phone is in LOCAL MODE / TEST MODE
in case, phone can't get local or test mode because of software problem
you can try few tricks which has been posted in ATF section for reading
PM from dead phonee:

1. Write Wrong RPL or ERASE NPC DATA
2. Write Flash with ENO File - supported models
3. Write Blank PPM File - supported models
4. Read Full Flash and extract SIMLock data - read sticky for more

Yes, its normal when phone have software problem = can't get local mode
on screen... so, it won't read PM backup.
