it may be problem with Cable, A+B power cable or clean USB port.

it looks your fbus cable problem image is showing that rx2 pin is not connected properly you do one thing 1st clean pinouts, 2nd hold flashing cable properly,and use good quality flashing cable

Power cable for (+, BSI) and sometime dunno (-) must be connected...

Both screen shots used same cable not a cable problem soft problem

ATF SW show what was the problem...

Its just a cable problem, ATF is a FAST flasher which requires the
GOOD QUALITY FBUS cables. If you are sure cable is good enough
than put some rubber bands on cable to be fitted well on PCB ...

same rubber band i used for both atf and mxkey and hwk ub also they all are good for flashing same type phone 3110 but A T F NOT

Its still the cable problem.. And BTW, 3110c can easy flash to 15Mhz speed.
