Tryed to reset user code but same thing again
my friend had put a keypad lock code
TRied with ATF .

Reset full factory settings and code will be removed, code cannot be read out from this phone..

contact backup before flash
than backup restore

u will successfully save u r contact not massages

Messager, contacts and gallery at this time can be readed only using BEST

I HAVE ADVANCE TURBO BOX AND MX KEY and Content Extractor Dongle will get the BB5 Easy Service Tool [BEST] Dongle makes the job easy.
BUt in the mean time there is something in ATF box software between imie locks and pm recovery tool but is greyed out . what is good to read PM308 ATF BOX software or MX KEY using atf box .
using AFT BOX or tranodo ufs-3 box

You already make FullFactory defaults or not?
If not, you can try to read pm 308 ith any tool. And we check.

ATF supports mx-key software for BB5 phones only not for DCT4

In PM tab - can read it

BUT i don't think any use for it but least can try

First read by any software and attach it here. Before this I can't know anything.

Or better read full pm using any soft(ATF, MX key, UFS etc.)
