Hello.
Go to Product Support TAB -> Box Tool and details into textbox and click to Activate box button.

Hello.
If you are having the same problem like @rptnaren
Then you have to do the same which @rptnaren has done.

Add AdvanceBox.exe into virus exclusion list or remove Antivirus.
