Question 64Gb mircorSD showing lower memory after writing SDC file


Hi, I have used a new original Kingston microSD XC 64g to recover a samsung by writing SDC file on it and now after format it has only 28Gb...I can't find a way to recover all it's memory.I am sure that card was ok but now after useing it with ATF it has less that half of it's original memory...How to repair it???
