I need to add french to lumia 900 rm-808 AT&T,how to do it ?
Or how to flash different carrier's firmware,or how to debrand it or change it's product code ?

where are supporters ?
I need to add language ,can I just flash it with another rm-823 ?

Cross flash not allowed , You can flash with same rm type
