Problem with atf latest update 12.00 after update software keeps on crashing wont even start, please help ATF team

uninstall software
delete atf folder
restart system
install atf v12.0 and update

I have done that already running out of options, that why im asking atf team seems they don't care,

try to run software without box / compatibility mode

working with 64bit os without any problem
