Something to do with your mmc card, files do not have any kind of password... You can remove mmc password from Connection Manager tab->Total Erase SD card

This error comes if your SDC Files is corrupted due to a Bad Download.

Verify the source of the sdc file. Then download again.

I downloaded another SDC SDC was problematic in print as you put it in my phone but the phone does not enter download mode when I plug the usb cable driver shows it QHSUSB_BULK

The SDC Android version must match the Android version currently inside the non-booting phone.

So you need to find an sdc version which will work.

What phone model are you working on?
