good day aft team i need an i advice to my aft chrome when i open
the suite i can't do any action....aft suite it's look like hung-up,,
to do an any operation i need first to click stop button...
and it can't be connect any phone via f-bus..

note: i have no anti virus on my computer...

Box not activated

If it is a new box then go to box tool & activate it

If it is old box then contact your reseller

this box is 7 months old the activation you mean is ATF NETWORK...
before it's work fine after update into new version suite, firmware box and important files box not working properly..

Install 9.12, Insert ATF in Other USB Port and Get latest New Ftdi driver. (your screen shot is 9.10 version) and last LgCo
