After update serial 0x00000000....

My AFT get some small malfunctions and its about here

http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f609...issue-1872418/

After this I updated it to 11.70 and I saw some unusual things like home screen Just appears "Turbo Nitro". And not connecting to phones. Last I saw serial 0x00000000. I saw few tutorials here. But that are old. Therefore I didn't test with it.... My box is big metal chrome type. Please guide me how to fix this....

Serial here

Check Windows device manager, is your box detected there?

If it is detected as a dual-rs232 device, install drivers from:
http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/CDM/...0Certified.zip

After your box is detected in device manager with correct drivers, then goto

Product Support ----> Box Tools

Click ----> Restore EEPROM

Then at this point, re-install ATF drivers from C:\AdvanceBox Turbo Flasher\Drivers\ATF_NEW_DRIVERS\ or directly from Windows Support if you are using win7, win8 and higher...

After you box is detected as AdvanceBox Turbo Flasher, then goto

Product Support ----> Box Tools

Click ----> Restore Box then Update Firmware if necessary
