I have a advanced turbo nitro box

1:MY box serial number is E8DE6936A

2: I have never been able to update firmware i have not been able do anything with this box!!
I dont know what to do i have tried several times to update firmware then it says error server connection, then the activation button comes alive.
I have tried to activate it but nothing I dont know what to choose from the selction if to touch so i dare not to. Please help me! I have had this box for several months now..
says error cannot connect to server/
or invalid response from server.
I have not used it since bought. Please help me. Thank you
My box says it has already been activated which should be true because i bought it pre actrivated.. should be no trouble...
