What was problem before flashing ? Have you its PM backup B4 Flash ?

It was 10.60 version and blinking so i full flashed and upgarded the phone to 10.76 and now its contact service. How do i read pm with atf usb mode?
I now fullflashed to same product code 10.60 and piece is now blinking..

Hi,

Try other firmware version, can use lower ones too. If phone still blinking
then it could be hardware problem also.

I couldnt get simlock info from ATF but was sucessfull in getting info from universal box, supporter pls dont mind and help me:

its not a hardware problem,i have same issue,and the phone was showing locked code before i flashed it.now its on contact service.please i still need solution

i got this problem too while try to flash to apac lang , both 303 and 311 working well before flash. and i sure that phone was not downgrade. still got 5pcs 311 and 8pcs 303 brand new on my hand with contact service.
