i tick in usb mode ;after bus check;i choose original SX4 (server) then i click SX4 PM AUTORISATION button then i choose generic 1_9 pm and see the result:

Hi,

1. Go PM/PP tab, select "Original SX4 (Server)" then click on SX4 PM AUTHORIZATION
2. Select PM 1, 309 only and let software do the rest

If any error, post here the logs!

Then you did not do what I have said to do. You are using standalone sx4
instead of original ones which works by server.
