4. Click "Activate Box" (put personal information in text boxes)

5. Install 5.20
6. Update with 5.30

Dear Sir,
thanks for ur reply, my box is activated but i am activate my box with different way. This way is useful to other member who has been problem to activate their box.

different way is:-

1. Install 4.6
2. Go to "Product Support"
3. Click "Restore Box"
4. Click "Activate Box" (put personal information in text boxes)
5. Update firmware
6. Install 5.20
7. Update FDTI EPROM
8. Update with 5.30

Right Click it, then select properties,, then remove READ ONLY

and if activate box after requesting activation code " query result not found"
and if update firmware "query result not found"

Ah,, thanks for posting your logs...

It shows your USB Cable or USB Port "might" not be USB 2.0...

That is why you are getting some DATA Corruption and the software
cannot detect your REAL serial number.

Please try a differen USB cable (thicker one) and a different USB port connected
directly to the PC (not USB Hub).
