It is because you didn't uncheck Backup RPL and Simlock before flashing. Since your phone has corrupted NPC or it was full erased... ATF backups RPL before flashing, but as it was corrupted, it didn't start flashing. On next, you can uncheck Backup RPL and Simlock, and flashing will be started...

u need uncheck rpl simlock backup than flash ..............
