Hi,

You need to ACTIVATE your BOX ... Just go to Product Support tab->Box Tools and fill the details/email etc... after click on "Activate Box"

As I told you on sonork, your box is blocklisted, contact your reseller.

Dear Angel ,

Halis46 problem was that his box were activated before but activation is gone for no reasons
And i had to look into this issue because we are the main reseller for his box

Problem still remains as that his box is not activated and he cant even flash any phone and further more that we cant even get it activated back as it say invalid response

There is definetely something wrong and i would like to consult how we can find a solution

Your immediate assistance may lead us a solution
