Is my atf dead or what - [Problem Solved July-16-2010]

For just two weeks my ATF box worked fine, the next day nothing worked with it.
I launch the program and its ok my box fimware ok, but cannot boot or check
any phone. Nor info.
It says Vbat off
Vbat on etc for over about 3 times.
The phone doesnt blink nor does it power on nothing.
Tried installing, uninstalling, 2 different pc . Nothing works.
Also only the yellow led on the RJ45 port lights up, the green one doesn't.
My question, do I need to replace the box or I can fix it myself? .Please ATF team,i need quick response

please can you explain well to me on the three steps especially the first and third step

First is about removing 4 parts from the PCB, then clean the area where the parts
where removed.

Third step is about putting the "Customized Firmware" for the "Customized PCB" that
you will accomplish from Step 1 and Step 2.

i have tried all possible means to get my resseller<GARUTECH> to give me his words as regards the warranty after opening the box,but the guy is not responding,unfortunately am in far away Nigeria,incase i open it and it didnt work,from the way my resseller is doing,he cant take the box.so in that case what do i do

i have done all that now,the orange colour is now showing but the green light is not showing,and the box still not connecting to phone

did you do restore box by opening the main software after all the procedures?
