First Update Your ATF Box Software,then Go to Settings and Set the file pakage path...after the path selection you must select a model and tick in Phoenix INI..then try to BusCheck

in listbox model you see 5130c:RM-495, try choose model 5130c-2:RM-495 or correct model on list back pf phone..... clean pinout fbus

You Use Old Version So Uninstall Complete Even Advance Folder In c Drive & Download ATF_v12.10_Full_Installer Install Latest Version I Hope Solve Your Problem If Same Go ATF Software Settings Fbus Delay Option Click 100 OR 200 & Check It.
