Atf fbus c5-00.2 not work


Dear ATF Team
I have a big problem after using new update of v10.00 and use Box Tools to Update Firmware, I am no longer capable to use FBUS Cable for C5-00.2 RM-745. This is also happened on my friend box, please advice:

Thank you for your advice, but cable is good, as it is working with v9.51 using another box (which I didn't make a firmware update).
I think have something wrong with ATF Product Support > Firmware Update, it will make a damaged FBUS connection, because this is also happened on my friend's box. Please ATF Team, you are still THE BEST....

What is your box firmware version ? if bellow then LogiCore 10.3.70 , then update your firmware , if same n fbus not working then restore box firmware .

Same problem happen to me, with a Nokia C5 and a Nokia X6.

ATF Nitro just upgraded yesterday
