I've done it - but still problem ... hmm.... I have lumia 920 after factory reset from menu - phone only display "nokia" - and don't turn on - soft reset and hard reset not help
I think only write flash can do it - but - I have tryed on the Xp and win7 - and there is a problem with drivers ... it can't be installed

Install latest version of Nokia Care Suite and the problem with the drivers will be solved. Even without NCS the drivers should be OK. I've got the same problem with my own NL920 and I flash it by NCS because it gave me eror every time with ATF. When I'll be at office I'll post the logs if is need.

Is your phone appearing in device manager as
a New Device with yellow exclamation point when
you connect it to the usb port?

Is it detected by Windows "New Hardware Found"
ding dong when the usb cable is connected?

NCS uses same drivers as what I already instructed
in post #16. You don't need to install NCS, you just
need to install the new WinUSB driver from ATF 9.20
full installer and Nokia Connectivity Driver ftom ATF
9.20 full installer as well.

If you just used "Update Important Files", it will not work.

ok - I have solved the problem

- first problem - on the official site of ATF - when you click download newest version - you are downloading 8.70 ?? (something like that). When you click form the rpgram udate software and files - it does something buy not all.
to the site adimns - please correct it - beacuse I'm the new one user of ATF - and this was first stage of my foult

- As you mentioned - installing full version of the 9.20 SOLVED THE PROBLEM - drivers are installed automaticly

and remembser - updates files from the program not work exactly as it should (don't download newest one lumia drivers and software) - but's ok

I have two other boxes , even three for nokis - ATF is the newest one I have bought ( I have MTBOX, JAF, MXKEY HTI) - but only ATF had repaired some my old phones software destroyed - like nokia c1-00 (double card phone) and nokia E90

I have flashed my LUMIA 920 and all is ok - THX

You can not unlock the lumia 920 from att yet my brother is a software engineer for att and nokia locked down the unlock server till may. and if you are using the ATF box or anyother unlocking box prove that you can because frankly it getting really old with people saying they can unlock it and can't not one person has shown a screen shoot of the lumia 920 from att (USA) unlocked the closest is ATF and i hope it happens soon.
