Can be you are doing any mistake, but can remember me When Atf or Other Box had unlocked SL3 Nokia for FREE, w/o Bruteforce server internal or external?

it means nokia x2 rm-1013 imei restore not possible yet.

So to answer your question, YES it can "RESTORE" IMEI to any number you
want...

For X2 RM-1013 however, it is a special case... because this phone uses
both Qualcom IMEI and Nokia "SL3 Type" IMEI...

So you can only "RESTORE" the Qualcomm IMEI for X2... and you will see
your "RESTORED" IMEI when you type *#06#... but in reality, the IMEI
being sent to the Service Provider is still the Nokia SL3 IMEI.

For Nokia X, X+, XL, XL 4G... it only uses the Qualcomm IMEI, so you can
really "RESTORE" it to whatever you want...
