i submitted a SL BF for a nokia C3 for over three days now and each time i log on to get the code i only see ETA 20 minutes and still no code

My atf does not show in Device manager. I'm using windows 8 64 bit. When I try to open the shell it says " Cannot find 'ftd2xx.dll' . Please reinstall...." Already reinstall it. Any ideas?

It was the cable. Now it appears in Device manager but I have the same problem with the missing driver:" Cannot find 'ftd2xx.dll' . Please reinstall....". Anyone?

i have installed v 11.70 it goes through but i could not see any icon on my desktop. lower virsion 11.60 does not work it opens up but i can not select any model....what could be the problem?????
