Question ATF problem update firmware.. help (ATF BIG BOX)


ATF team please help my problem

I try to restore and update again but still same problem
i can work with ver 9.50 or 9.60 , but can't with ver 10.10 or 10.11

Just follow this , all will OK

1. Disconnect any phones connected to ATF Box
2. Go to "Product Support Tab"
3. Go to "Box Tools" Section
4. Click "Update Firmware" button

I try at many time after update release until today.
But I found this report error return code 6
I try with other pc.. But same report.
My box is default pcb.. Not modified.

ERROR CODE 6, means it cannot detect correct chip ID.

It can be because some legs of the the 2 BIG IC on the ATF PCB are not connected ok.

So if you rehot the chips and make sure all legs are ok, this will fix your problem.

I check and resolder two big chip legs...
after that, i try to update again.. but still same problem error..

:.why i can't upload screenshoot pict in this thread

after rehot then same problem...
Can you show me where the chip that makes this problem. whether from FTDI or the ACTE. thanks

This means you did not install any USB Driver at all.

Solve this yourself!
