ATF Reseller Panel Problem while transferring credits - GSM-Forum

ATF Reseller Panel is not transferring credits to activate ATF Jtag.
When i am clicking on continue to sell credits after entering the ATF SN nothing happen and credits remain same as before.
Here is the screenshot

On 7 jul i mailed to [email protected] / [email protected] and was trying to contact with Official ATF Web, but no reply from there from last 3 days.

Again no reply from Product manager from last 3 days and 6 days for the mail.
