Try this:

1. DISCONNECT ATF BOX from USB Port
2. Run AdvanceBox.exe version 11.90 without BOX Connected
3. Go to "Product Support" ----> "Box Tools"
4. Make sure "ATF Nitro / Light" is selected on the right side
*** NOW CONNECT ATF BOX TO USB PORT ***
5. Click "Restore Box" and wait 2 to 5 minutes...
*** After Restore Box is Done, it will tell you to UPDATE FIRMWARE
6. Click "Update Firmware" and wait 2 to 5 minutes...

This way, box will be FULLY RESTORE Just like Brand New from Factory.

P.d. if after this box prompt for Update Fw other time, go in "Update Tabulate" and update to 11.92 then "Update Important Files" other time.
