Q: Why do we need CMLA Keys?
A: CMLA is checked and used when running Belle OS on majority of the newest SL3 Smart Phones.

Q: How do I know that my Phone needs CMLA Key Repair?

how to authorize

If your phone have new HASH ATF will instruct you as -

This Phone is a "New HASH" Phone
You need to use The ATF Network and
Authorize this Phone to enable Super
Dongle Repair, Stand-Alone SX4 and
Decrypt SL3 PM 120 HASHES

ATF tool there is a TAB name - The ATF Network > Login to Network server & authorize the phone . It is a paid activation on Chrome & Lighting box & Free activation on Nitro box

If a phone downgrade BELLE to ANNA then it cant upgrade to BELLE again , because of CMLA key damaged when downgrading . On that situation you can write original CMLA key & load BELLE again .
