who can i do that when phone can`t start up ??

only loding it must downgrade first and repair the update agine ?

my phone is n8 when i downgrade & try to restor imei phone not open in 24 or 25

What u mean by "open"
cant u write clearly
what is 24 , 25
if its firmware you are dongrading the set to anna
was your set in belle ????

now use ATF
flash it with 111.40.1511 firmware with similar or same product code
and repair CMLA to restart your phone perfectly

ATF 9.40 hang when the flashing process is aborted.

That means you have not follow the downgrade process properly

Nokia E7-00, X7-00, E6-00 Downgrade to Anna Firmware:

After flash with ANNA connect phone & repair CMLA key then you can write BELLE firmware

That means you have not follow the downgrade process properly

then delete the folder
of atf setup in c drive
